Loved this peaceful spot! If you’re looking for a quiet and clean place to stay for the night, this place was great. Get a room with a patio so you can sit outside and enjoy the silence and stars. If you're looking for fancy updated rooms, this isn't the place for you. But for peace and quiet and beauty, this place has it! Take a walk to the park next door to check out starfish and cool birds. Also saw a pod of dolphins swim by!

Stayed here at this quaint hotel for a night and was really impressed. Sweet lady at the reception was very nice, the rooms are extremely clean and large. I really thought the bed was comfortable. Woke up to an amazing view of Canada across the water as far as the eye can see.

This motel was very nice. Rooms were very clean. We stayed here two nights. Location was perfect to go explore and then come back to stay. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this cute little motel. Quaint room, very cushy mattress and SUPER clean (my #1 must). We had a "king superior" room which had a balcony on the backside overlooking the lake. Canada right across the water. It was SO quiet you could hear a pin drop! So relaxing. The super nice woman who checked us in (Shell?) gave us directions into the cutest touristy "town" area Eastport where we had really delicious seafood pasta next to the water. Wish I could remember the exact name as it was wonderful! Its in the building where Waco Diner is/was but you use the side entrance up a small ramp! Anyway...we will definitely plan another adventure there! One overnight was not enough

The rooms haven't been updated since the 70s. Who cares? The staff is very friendly, the room is clean and there is a million dollar view of the harbor out of the room window. Only $125

I stay in or near Calais only a few times put of the year for work. In Calais I have had a tough time finding a place to stay where I felt comfortable. If you have been there, you probably understand what I am talking about. But the Redcliffe was workable. It is a little dated, but big rooms, close to the water and a good sleep there. I will go back there again. Be prepared though, they do let you know that they have hard water. It wasn't that big of a problem to me. They also had an air filter unit in the room that I liked. Another note, they are seasonal, so check if they are open before planning a stay.

What a one of a kind find..... First, the check in, the lady was so, so charming and wonderful. The registration was old school, hand written. Then the room, WOW, it was huge and very clean. Again it was old style and comfort. If you are ever that way north in main differently plan on staying here.
